At LYNE London, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns
1.1 You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
1.2 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
1.3 To request a return, contact us at support@lynelondon.co.uk before sending the item back.
1.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

3. Refunds
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
3.2 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is processed.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
